You will need to lose overall body fat, spot reduction is a myth. There are no foods that will make your butt bigger of smaller. You need to eat less and exercise more that's it. Simple as it sounds it works.
And to tone up butt and thighs you do squats and lunges however, to actually work the butt you need to go deep in squats and wide in the lunges. A good Billy Blanks video will work well also and could be more fun or do both if you have the energy. |
